This Ceramic Mixing Bowl / Jug is thrown on my potter's wheel on the south coast of Dorset, England, using stoneware clay. A spout is formed while the clay is wet. A handle/lug is pulled from clay by hand. When the bowl is dried to leather hard, the handle/lug is applied. The MadeByPowley stamp is pressed into the clay near the base of the bowl.

The interior of the pottery pouring bowl is covered with a glossy softly speckled cream glaze. The exterior is covered in a light green glaze.
